It’s automation,
NOT TO PRODUCE MORE,
BUT TO think and create BETTER.

Those are two different projects, and most people are chasing the first one.

The way most businesses work was built before AI. Knowledge is the foundation for changing that, because if you can’t find it the AI won’t find it either, and your goal is not to become a librarian. But it’s the foundation, not the point. Once the business remembers what it knows, the work changes around it: something runs on Sunday and tells you what to work on next week, and you get out of the way.

You keep access to it, you keep control of it, and it makes your business smarter, more efficient, and stronger over time.

Where it starts

Every piece of work starts the same way, to scope your project and your goals.

£1,500. The read. Two hours with me for an AI audit and a written recommendation you can act on without me.

£3,000. The read, plus a training day with your team, in a room with the people doing the work. They’re the ones who know where it’s actually broken.

Pick one, not both. Whichever you pick comes off the price if we carry on.

What comes out of it

THE MODEL

YOUR OWN SYSTEM

CUSTOM built

Keeping it true

What I’m not doing

How your business is actually structured: the types of things you have, how they connect, and the rules that decide what goes where. I write it, your team builds on it. Most people need this one and almost nobody sells it.

That model installed and running inside your environment. Not a rented tool. When someone leaves, what they knew stays in the business.

It fills itself. Nobody on your team has to think about how the knowledge base gets fed. It happens as the work happens.

One central intelligence for the business. A company brain keeps that knowledge inside the organisation.

It runs on your own servers or in your own cloud environment. Documents are classified as they arrive, according to rules agreed with your team, so the knowledge base grows as the work is done rather than as a separate task.

For firms in legal and finance, this matters even more. Most AI tools require your data to be processed on third-party servers. This system runs on your infrastructure, so your data stays where your rules say it stays.

A prototype or a small tool built for your business, because it doesn't exist yet. If you'd be better off buying something that already works, I'll tell you that instead.

The last time I did my own knowledge base, it became useless at a certain point, because I didn’t have a layer doing the work of maintaining it. So there’s a retainer if you want it. Not uptime, not support, not me running your servers. Change control on the classification, tag health, and a quarterly look at whether the model still describes your business.

I’m not replacing what you’ve bought. I’m not fine-tuning models, I’m not holding your data, and I’m not operating your infrastructure. The work happens on your systems, run by your team.

CASE STUDY

Logo with two people practicing first aid on a person, with a red circle background, the word "Laerdal" next to it, and the slogan "helping save lives" beneath.

Client: Laerdal Medical AS, global leader in healthcare simulation.

Challenge: Digital identity fragmented across products. No unified learner record, no connected view of device use. The AI ambitions were real and the infrastructure underneath them wasn't.

What I did: Defined the Identity Foundation Platform: a person-centred identity architecture across the whole product ecosystem, and the roadmap across six sub-projects. Wrote the internal case for the investment, with a 15-page AI-accelerated development playbook as the framework.

Outcome: Six months from no AI workflow to a working product development system, with a PM building and shipping without a dev team.

The part that isn't billable

Knowledge is power and I didn't have access to it. That wasn't a choice, it was circumstance. I got here by pushing through, and I still have a chip on my shoulder about it.
Some of my time is not for sale:

  • Mentoring for people who are out of work, and for small business owners who are struggling.

  • A community for non-developers building real products with AI, because I know what it costs to lack access to knowledge and mentorship.

  • Early conversations with people in the sector about doing something for kids.

For most people this isn't a talent problem. It's an access problem. That's the part I can do something about.

What happens next

Tell me what you're working on, where it's stuck, and what you've already tried. That beats a general enquiry every time.

If it looks like a fit, we book a call and work out the shape of it. If it's not something I can help with, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
