A community for people building real AI products.

The space where AI practitioners build, think, work, and grow together

WHY THE FORGE EXISTS

Most AI communities are built by people who learned AI and then decided to teach it. This one was built the other way around.

Nothing here is prepared theory. Every session comes out of work I'm actually doing that week: real client builds, real products, real problems brought by the people in the room. The real process, dead ends included, not the polished version.

Sessions get recorded, but the live element is the whole point. The recording is a backup, not the product.

Building with AI is still a solo sport for most people. It doesn't have to be.

One concept built live. Drawn from real work that week. Members apply it to their own product in the session.

Forge Lab

A digital infographic with a dark background and interconnected dots and lines. The text reads: 'Building isn't the bottleneck. Finding users is.' It includes details about a field report on the forge floor, a date of June 2, 2026, and references to reverse the room and the forge.

Open hot seat. You bring the problem: your build, your block, your GTM question. We work through it live together.

Community spaces

Main builder space. Live session discussions, build check-ins, weekly questions. This is where the real work happens.

The Forge

Announcement about the Forge Starter Kit update, up to version 1.7, with a background of a digital network pattern. Contains information on resources, formats, and contents.

Curated prompts, workflows, and templates built from real client projects. Nothing in here that hasn't been run on an actual build.

RECORDING & RESOURCES

The Forge Community is the live, recurring layer of everything I do. It's not a course. It's not a content library. This is the place where the practitioner work actually happens, live, with you in the room.

Subscribe, show up live, or catch it after, either way, I hold nothing back.

Most of the room can't, and that's the point. This is for builders, PMs, and operators, not engineers. You bring the work and the idea.

1

What if I can't code?

Is this just more videos to watch?

2

No. There are no produced lecture videos. The Labs are live implementation and Q&A. You build during the session, not after it.

What happens when I get stuck?

3

You bring it to the room. That's the format. The fear when a course ends and support disappears is exactly what a live community fixes.

How is this different from the cohort?

4

The Forge is the room, every week.
The Compounding Systems cohort is a guided three-session build with me, and it includes 12 months of The Forge+. Room first or cohort first, both work.
