2 • CONFIGURE
We shape it to how you actually work. Your data, your tools, your workflow, seeded into your memory.
3 • SWITCH ON
We turn on the agents: triage, drafts, research, the weekly plan. It runs. You walk away with a system, not a to-do list.
Then you stay in The Forge+ for 12 months: the room where we go deep, swap what’s working, and keep building. Recordings, templates and materials live there too.
