A community for people building real AI products.
The space where AI practitioners build, think, work, and grow together
WHAT IS THE FORGE
The Forge is a community for people building real AI products.
Not people reading about AI. Not people thinking about building.
For people who have already started building, or are ready to.
Every session is drawn from work we're doing that week:
Real client builds, real products, real problems from the community.
Nothing is scripted or prepared in advance. If we worked through something interesting that week, that's what we build together on Thursday.
It's not a course. It's the ongoing, live layer, where you stay sharp, stay current, and build alongside people who are doing the same thing.
inside THE FORGE
Live sessions
One concept built live. Drawn from real work that week. Members apply it to their own product in the session.
Forge Lab
Open hot seat. You bring the problem: your build, your block, your GTM question. We work through it live together.
Reverse the Room
Community spaces
Main builder space. Live session discussions, build check-ins, weekly questions. This is where the real work happens.
The Forge
Curated prompts, workflows, and templates built from real client projects. Nothing in here that hasn't been run on an actual build.
THE STACK
For founders going to market.
GTM peer roundtables, small group pressure-testing, Dragon Circle sessions.
The Inner Circle
WHY THE FORGE
The Forge exists because building with AI is still a solo sport for most people.
There's no shortage of content telling you which tools to use, which prompts to copy, which shortcuts to take. What's been missing is a place where someone doing this work every day shows the real process: the dead ends, the iterations, the moments where the AI was confident and wrong and the builder had to think.
Now there is. Welcome to The Forge.
Most AI communities are built by people who learned AI and then decided to teach it. The Forge was built the other way around.
Most of the room can't, and that's the point. This is for builders, PMs, and operators, not engineers. You bring the work and the idea.
1
What if I can't code?
Is this just more videos to watch?
2
No. There are no produced lecture videos. The Labs are live implementation and Q&A. You build during the session, not after it.
What happens when I get stuck?
3
You bring it to the room. That's the format. The fear when a course ends and support disappears is exactly what a live community fixes.
How is this different from The Suit?
4
The Forge is the building side, where you ship products with the room. The Suit is the business side, where I install the system that runs your operation. Two sides of a coin.
enter a room where people are actually building, every week.
CRAFT. BUILD. TRANSFORM.
See you inside. Phil.
