PRODUCT & DRAGONS

(The Philosophy)

a methodology created by Phil Araujo

The Product & Dragons quest is made of a carefully designed trail of enigmas and adventures, tailored to your preferences and context, leading to a unique treasure. Let yourself be guided in the discovery and development of your own application idea, the one that stems from your unique origin and vision.

Welcome to Product & Dragons: a methodology for builders who believe in forging legendary products with their own hands.

You are the Game Master.
You are building a world.
The people who will use your app are the heroes in that world.
And your app is the magical item that transforms their quest.

Start with completing The Hero's Origin, which excavates your personal foundation: the dragons you’ve faced, the transformations you've undergone, and the weapons you've forged.

Then the Product & Dragons methodology will connect your origin to this specific idea.

By the end of this session, you'll have something most builders never achieve: a complete foundation grounded in personal insight, deep user understanding, and clear transformation. You'll know WHY you're building this, WHO you're building it for, WHAT you're building, and HOW it transforms their journey.

This isn't market research.
This is introspection and world-building.

It will require honesty, specificity, and depth. And it's worth it.
