Project: Phil's own product, built as proof of methodology
Challenge: Build a cross-platform voice-first AI second brain app, solo, while consulting full-time at Laerdal.
What was delivered: A full-stack mobile-capable app: React 18 + Vite + TypeScript, Supabase (self-managed), OpenAI Whisper transcription, pgvector semantic search, GPT-4o-mini, Vercel deployment, Capacitor for iOS/Android. Complete from architecture to Play Store submission.
Outcome: A launch-ready product, built by one person, using the same AI-assisted workflow Phil teaches inside The Forge.
